Jose Wilfrido “Willie” Suarez, MNSA

Mr. J.W. Suarez is the President and Managing Director of WS Global Advisory Group. Mr. Suarez also currently sits as a Board Director in several institutions such as Northern Manor Corporation, Northern Suites Corporation, Eastern Creative Corporation, and National Defense College of the Philippines, among others. Mr. Suarez is one of the country’s leading experts in security and risk management. He has served as a Risk Management Consultant for several large institutions such as Nestle Philippines Inc. and Metro Rail Transit (MRT 3). He was also the Senior Vice-President of Metro Rail Transit Development Corporation (MRTDC). Mr. Suarez was also formerly Vice-President in Megaworld Corporation. He was a Group Vice-President in Fil-Estate Group of Companies. He was also consulted by Century Properties Group for training. Mr. Suarez is a reserved Lieutenant Colonel in the Philippine Air Force. He took up his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at University of the Philippines. He finished his Masters in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP). Mr. Suarez obtained his Bachelors degree from the University of Santo Tomas.

Stephen Cutler, Ph.D

Mr. Cutler is an officer of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and he headed the FBI Office in the Philippines until he retired and chose to make Philippines his home. He has an in depth understanding of the Security and Safety situation of the Philippines and is a sought-after resource person.

Vicente P. Ortuoste

Mr. Ortuoste is a well-respected banker and financial analyst. He is an expert in credit risk analysis and financial packaging, among other finance and banking related matters. Mr. Ortuoste was recently First Vice President, Corporate Banking Division Head of East West Banking Corporation. He completed the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). He has also completed the core subjects in his Masters in Business Administration from De La Salle University. Mr. Ortuoste took up college at Silliman University before transferring to De La Salle University. He graduated his Business Administration course with honors.

Samuel Bagasin, MNSA

Mr. Bagasin served as Undersecretary of National Defense during the term of President Benigno S. Aquino III. Prior to his joining Department of National Defense (DND), Mr. Bagasin climbed through the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and held key positions such as the Commanding General of the Fourth Infantry Division, Deputy Chief of Staff, and Commanding General of the Central Command. Mr. Bagasin is a member of Class 1973 of the Philippine Military Academy and retired as Lieutenant General (3 stars) in the AFP.

Siegfrid S. Suarez, J.D.

Mr. S. Suarez is the Chief Corporate Counsel and Head of Business Development of WS Global Advisory Group. He has served and still serves as a consultant to several companies in the country and in Asia. Mr. S. Suarez is also a Certified Securities Representative by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), allowing him to deal with securities such as stocks and equity traded funds. Mr. S. Suarez is also connected to Security Bank Corporation as a Trust Legal and Account Officer. Prior to the banking industry, Mr. S. Suarez handled litigation in Fortun Narvasa Salazar Law Offices. He also obtained experience as a Legal Apprentice in Villanueva Gabionza & Dy (formerly VGS Law). Mr. Suarez is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D. Law) Degree from the Ateneo de Manila Law School. He took up his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from De La Salle University, graduating with honors and loyalty.

Felipe Berroya, MNSA

Mr. Berroya is a retired Brigadier General of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and has served extensively in the Mindanao campaign against the lawless elements and terror groups. He was formerly a senior executive of G4S Security for more than 10 years. Mr. Berroya has an extensive knowledge of the Mindanao terrain and threat groups. He was the Commanding officer of the Philippines Training and Doctrines Command.

Bryan Michael Suarez

Mr. B.M. Suarez is the Chief Communications Officer of WS Global Advisory Group.
